1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CoreFit AI ("the Service"), available at corefitai.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

CoreFit AI is operated by CoreFit AI ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use CoreFit AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use CoreFit AI, you must create an account using a valid Google account through our secure authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Free Trial

CoreFit AI offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all features of the Service at no charge.

At the end of the 7-day trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

5. Subscription & Billing

After the 7-day free trial, you will be charged $4.99 per month for continued access to CoreFit AI.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with CoreFit AI within 30 days of your first paid charge, you may request a complete refund.

To request a refund, contact us through our Contact page. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund requests made after 30 days from the first paid charge will not be honored.

7. Referral Program

CoreFit AI offers a referral program. During your 7-day free trial, if you refer 5 qualified users, you will receive one full year of CoreFit AI free.

A referral is considered "qualified" when the referred user creates an account using your unique referral link and logs at least one meal.

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Fraudulent referrals (including self-referrals or fake accounts) will result in disqualification and potential account termination.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral program
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

CoreFit AI uses artificial intelligence to provide meal suggestions, calorie estimates, and nutritional information. These are estimates only and should not be considered medical or dietary advice.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have medical conditions, food allergies, or specific dietary needs.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated nutritional data. Use the Service at your own discretion.

10. Health Disclaimer

CoreFit AI is a fitness and nutrition tracking tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The intermittent fasting feature is provided for tracking purposes only. Fasting may not be suitable for everyone. Consult your doctor before starting any fasting protocol.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, graphics, and branding of CoreFit AI are the exclusive property of CoreFit AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

12. Privacy & Data

Your use of CoreFit AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect information including but not limited to: account information, meal logs, nutritional data, fasting records, and usage analytics. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

You may delete your account at any time through your Account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

14. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreFit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoreFit AI, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
